Enquiries and purposes

The form collects your name, email and message; telephone, country and budget are optional. It also records the selected property, originating page, language, submission time and acknowledgement of this notice. We use these details to respond, clarify your needs and take steps you request before a possible service agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General correspondence and protection against abuse rely on our legitimate interests in communication and service security (Article 6(1)(f)). Mandatory information is needed to respond; you may instead contact us by email. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or subscribe you to marketing.

Access and retention

Enquiries are stored in the private website administration area, accessible to authorised PPO personnel and necessary hosting/technical service providers. Hosting is provided by Hostinger. A notification goes to our business email. Professional partners receive information only where required for your requested service or by law. We retain correspondence while handling and following up your enquiry; after closure, retention is limited to any resulting service, applicable legal duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Deletion is managed by PPO, not an automatic expiry timer.

Technical data and your rights

The enquiry module uses a short-lived IP-derived security identifier for 15-minute abuse limiting; it does not save your IP in the enquiry. Hosting and email providers may separately process technical logs. Provider processing or support outside the EEA requires applicable GDPR transfer safeguards; contact PPO for provider and safeguard details. This enquiry module adds no advertising tracking and makes no automated investment or residency decisions.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, by writing to info@ppo.gr. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr. Please do not send passports, tax records, deeds or sensitive documents through this form; an appropriate channel can be arranged separately.

No analytics or advertising cookies are included. Hosting may process technical access logs. Do not include passports, bank records or sensitive personal documents in an initial enquiry.
