No. This threshold applies to specific conversion and listed-building categories, subject to their conditions. A price alone does not establish eligibility.
Can I use the property for short-term rentals?

Do you guarantee approval or returns?
No. The authorities decide residence applications. Any rental analysis must disclose its evidence, date, costs and assumptions.
What will the property dossier contain?
Price, area, use, location, shared property reference, Golden Visa category, technical and legal review status, approved images and releasable documents. Missing evidence is identified.
What happens after I enquire?
